Dr. Edward Bach developed a system of healing that, to this day, is used to help with ones anxieties and fears that, as we now know, have a profound effect on our physical well-being. Taking a carefully chosen selection of Dr Bach’s flower remedies, made up especially for the ailment in question, can alleviate the symptoms over a period of time.
I trained as a Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner at Mount Vernon, the home of Dr Bach in the small village of Brightwell-cum-Sotwell in Oxfordshire. Dr Bach lived and worked there, growing most of the flowers that he used for his remedies. I qualified in October 2019 and am now a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner, and have a treatment room in Chichester, along with my Reflexology practice.
I am also able to conduct consultations online, using either Zoom or Skype. All information that is given to me is totally private and covered by GDPR.
So if life is becoming more stressful for you, and you feel that the remedies might be able to help, please do contact me on 01243 789455 to discuss having a consultation, either online or in person, after which I will give you a remedy appropriate to your needs.
